This movement makes your muscle harder and stronger helps keep your body healthy. you should work out for your heart for at least 20 mins. a day .its important to work out for your heart because your heart is the one body part that helps you be alive and its good to keep your heart healthy because every second your heart is beating to help you be alive. the activities we do to work our our heart is play basketball for example but to work out your heart you have to play full court and play a full game.
I can live a healthier live by working out, play sports, eat responsible and drink lots of water for my health. For my vacations I'm sure to do some exercise for 20.mins everyday. For example probably even go to the park to go play a game of basketball. Go to a pool to swim to work out my heart or even go for a run.
